Brief History

In April of 1987, after bringing his family back to his native West Michigan, Boyd and Tish Griswold started The Griswold Group Inc. Using their combination of corporate, military, and industry experience, they set out to help other business owners learn to use employee benefit offerings to attract and retain talent. For over 30 years, the team at The Griswold Group Inc. has continued to grow, develop and change with West Michigan. In the spring of 2004, Boyd's daughter, Sarah, joined the team. Sarah is currently the company's Chief Operating Officer and has taken the lead on transitioning the agency to meet the changing needs in the new world of healthcare, insurance, and human resources. The Griswold Group may have changed over the years, but what remains constant is the the focus and value put on each client and their dedication to their employees.
